Living with Dyslexic Tendencies as an Adult

Some of you may have noticed my not-so-deliberate mistake in my Pathological Demand Anxiety series. Yes, I spelt 'pathological' wrong in the second blog of the series. I didn't realise until I was looking back at my blog and then had to ask my daughter which was the correct spelling. It's typical of people with dyslexia, or with dyslexic tendencies, that they spell the same word in more than one way and that they spell less well when in writing flow. Although I used to do well in spelling tests, I often mixed up the order of letters in words or chose the wrong vowel in words ('pathalogical' is what I wrote in my blog). I notice the same tendency now, Thank God for spell checks!
